1. Credit-Based Service

Fast File DL operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per download. Because credits are a digital consumable, all sales are generally considered final once credits have been added to your account.

2. Download Links & Re-Downloads

Link Expiry: Download links are valid for 5 minutes after generation. You must download within this window.

Free Re-Download: If your link expires, you can re-download the same file for free within 48 hours of the original order from your History tab. No credits will be charged.

After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed since the original order, the re-download option expires. Downloading the same file again will cost credits as a new order.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

Service Unavailability: If our download service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may request a refund for unused credits.

Non-Delivery: If you made a payment but credits were never added to your account, you are entitled to a full refund or credit adjustment. You must provide payment proof.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.

Failed Download: If a download fails completely (file was never delivered), credits are automatically refunded to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits have already been used (partially or fully)
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Account was suspended or banned due to policy violations
  • User error (e.g., wrong URL submitted, unsupported platform)
  • Download link expired and 48-hour re-download window has passed
  • Temporary platform-side issues with a specific stock site

5. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of your purchase. Include your payment receipt or proof, the order/transaction details, and a description of the issue.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that method is unavailable, an alternative will be arranged.

7. Credit Adjustments

In cases where a full refund is not applicable but you experienced a service issue, we may offer credit adjustments or bonus credits at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.
