DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Fast File DL acts as a download proxy service. We facilitate access to content from licensed stock media platforms using valid API integrations. We do not host, store, or redistribute copyrighted content on our servers.

All content delivered through our service originates directly from the original stock platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Freepik). Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with the licensing terms of those platforms.

2. Our Service Model

We provide access to licensed content only. Our platform is designed for users who have a legitimate need to download stock assets for personal or commercial projects in accordance with each platform's license terms.

Users who abuse the service to distribute unlicensed content commercially will have their accounts immediately suspended.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content delivered via our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. How to Submit

Submit DMCA notices through the Support ticket system in your dashboard, or by contacting our admin directly. We respond to valid notices within 5 business days.

Abuse of the DMCA process to target legitimate uses may result in counter-notices and legal action under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA complaints will be permanently banned.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice with your full contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
